National DPP Training Opportunities in LA County

National DPP Lifestyle Coach Training Organizations

The National Diabetes Prevention Program (National DPP) is led by Lifestyle Coaches who are trained to use the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approved curriculum. Lifestyle Coaches provide support and guidance to National DPP participants to help them make successful lifestyle changes and improve their health. The organizations listed have a signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with CDC to provide Lifestyle Coach trainings.1 If you or your organization is interested in a Lifestyle Coach training, please contact any of the following approved training providers:
